The best hotel experience I've had in Bulgaria (and not only)! Breakfast and dinner which were included in the price were fantastic. There was a huge variety and it included many luxurious dishes and products. Everything was very tasty. From the beginning to the end of the meal time, everything was loaded to the max. At breakfast, the restaurant continued to operate at full steam and more food was brought out even after the closing time - 10:00 - simply because there were still quite a few customers in the restaurant. The staff in all areas of the hotel are extremely friendly and assist as much as possible according to the needs of the client. The children's center was also top notch and the animation was of a really high standard, taking excellent care of both our 12 year old son and our one and a half year old daughter. The spa is also great - full of all possible facilities and warm mineral water. The bellman brought our car and unloaded the luggage and brought it up to the room and parked the car back. Overall the whole stay was unique.

As always everything. Everything. There is nothing to top off an amazing atmosphere.

Our entire stay was very pleasant thanks to the friendly staff and hotel facilities. The food was extremely delicious. We will definitely be back again.

The best choice I ever made for a hotel!!! 10C rating: 10 The hotel is more than UNIQUE!!! Staff is more than UNIQUE!!! They also pleasantly surprised me with a compliment-surprise left in our room for my birthday... I just didn't like that I spent so little time in this hotel 😊
