Accommodation conditions

Child aged 0 to 12 years, not yet reached:

On an extra bed with two adults – free of charge.
On a regular bed with one adult – free.

Child aged 12 to 18, not yet of age:

For an extra bed with two adults – 50% of the adult rate.
In a standard bed sharing with one adult – 75% of the adult price.

Third adult
For an extra bed – 75% of the adult rate.

Single occupancy
In a twin room – 75% of the room rate.

The prices stated do not include a tourist tax, which is payable at a rate of €1.39 VAT included per adult per day.

The price is per room and includes:

• Welcome drink upon check-in
• The corresponding number of nights
• Complimentary mineral water refill for your room or apartment on the day of arrival
• Buffet snacks – a wide selection of food and drinks, including Espresso coffee and fresh juices
• Buffet evenings – a variety of salads and appetisers, hot and cold buffet, meat and vegetarian dishes, and desserts

• Festive programme and animation for the youngest guests
• Use of the SPA centre

The spa centre includes:

Indoor mineral pool with outdoor area, indoor children's mineral pool, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 1 outdoor jacuzzi, 3 outdoor mineral tubs, herbal sauna, Finnish sauna, salt room, infrared sauna, aroma steam bath, salt steam bath, „Rotunda“ pool, thermal bath, adventure showers, relaxation area, and gym.

Additional services

Internet, car park, resort charge, insurance and 9% VAT.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

• A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking.
• The remainder of the amount is payable at reception.
• No penalty is due for cancellation until 01.11.2026.
• In the event of cancellation after 1 November 2026, a penalty equal to the advance payment made – 30% – is payable.

The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the package.
