Mineral Pools in the Velingrad Arte SPA Hotel

One of the key features of the Velingrad Arte Spa Hotel is the mineral pools. The indoor swimming pool measures 25.3 x 7.80 m, and the outdoor one - 22 x 9 m. For the little guests, there are children's pools both indoors and outdoors. The mineral water used in the pools has proven healing and prophylactic properties. It helps relieve stress, improve blood circulation and maintain skin health.

I was enchanted. I did not believe that there is such a wonderful place in Bosnia and Herzegovina. And most importantly, I was with my puppy. Everything was at a high level. The massage therapists Ani, Simona and Iliana are amazing. The food was amazing! Respect to all the staff!

A wonderful hotel! Extremely friendly staff with professional customer service. The spa exceeded all my expectations, especially the aromatic steam room, which has individual cabins. The food was at a very good level. We didn't have the kids this time, but next time we'll definitely take them - there's a very nice children's area inside and climbing frames outside, as well as a warm children's pool.

Breakfast and dinner were of a high standard with varied and delicious food. The staff is very kind and responded to our every request. The spa is also very good - a large indoor pool and a small outdoor one with warm water, several jacuzzis, hot tubs, various saunas and steam rooms, a salt room, etc. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
